Kalakari was born in 2012 from a simple observation: India's rich craft traditions were disappearing in the rush toward digital. We set out to prove that handcraft and modern design could not only coexist — they could elevate each other.
Today, we work with a network of 40+ artisans across Rajasthan, Gujarat, Karnataka, and West Bengal. Block printers in Jaipur. Letterpress operators in Kolkata. Handmade paper makers in Pondicherry. Each piece we create carries their skill and our design vision.

Our wedding invitations were hand-blocked on cotton paper with gold foil. Every guest asked where we got them done. They are framed in our home now.
Kalakari designed our entire stationery suite on handmade paper with deckled edges. Our clients comment on the quality before they even read the proposal.
