Maison Verre opened its doors in 2019 in the quiet lanes of Bandra, Mumbai. We believe that great food starts with honest ingredients sourced from farmers across Maharashtra and Gujarat.
Our kitchen works with the seasons. Every dish tells a story of the soil, the rain, and the hands that grew it. We keep things simple so the flavour speaks.
Chef Arjun spent ten years in kitchens across Paris and Copenhagen before returning to Mumbai. He brings a seasonal, plant-forward approach to Indian ingredients, with a focus on texture and memory.
